my husband grilled carrots a couple nights ago and they were amazing. I'd ask exactly what he did, but he's sleeping next to me and I can't imagine he'd be too thrilled if I woke him.
Whats your favorite way to eat carrots?
@rxBambi - I love them roasted on the new Traeger grill...with a little olive oil, and garlic and lemon pepper. I think this year I will throw a handful of chopped cilantro on top, mmm.
I'm not such a fan of "sweetened" carrots...like with brown sugar. I fell like carrots are savory and should be left that way!
