The Next Two Buck Chuck?

Wednesday, June 18, 2008

We don't have a Trader Joe's here in the middle of Kansas, but (unfortunately) we do have a Wal-Mart.

I hear that this Oak Leaf , exclusive to Wal-Mart is really good. The best part? It costs $2.98. YES!!! $2.98. Can you even believe it? I might have to venture into that god-awful mecca of white-trashiness just to try a bottle. Here is a review, if you don't believe me.
Have any of you tried it? What do you think?

Dang I miss Trader Joe's!

I rarely drink, but that sounds like it fits right in my miniscule budget...Friday night is coming!

Ooooh, THREE buck chuck? Nice.

We'll have to break out some of this over the 4th.

If Walmart is charging 2.98 for it, how much do think it costs to make this stuff? Do they just squash the old grapes from their produce section?

The wine is just as good as other wines in the 5 to 10 dollar range. Well I actually think the Merlot is junk. Don't knock even if you don't want to rock it. This is America... land of competition. Go look at the results on my site from users. Cheap Wine Critics
